Why KTRIUM exists

Reading changes how people think. Shared reading changes how organizations lead.

We believe reading remains one of humanity’s most powerful technologies for developing judgment, leadership, and long-term thinking. Yet organizations have no operating system that helps people build a lasting reading culture. KTRIUM exists to change that.

We are building an enterprise knowledge platform around Reading OS, an AI Reading Companion, and role-based Career Paths. Over time, this foundation can evolve into a durable Knowledge Portfolio and trusted credentials grounded in real understanding—not content completion.

KTRIUM is in its formation stage, with a clear vision, a long-term roadmap, initial capital planning, and committed founders. Now we want to work with a product-minded, AI-native builder who can help turn the thesis into a company.

Who we are looking for

We do not care where you studied.

We care whether you are obsessed with building products that change how people think and grow. You can move between customer conversations, product decisions, and fast prototypes—and you want to build a company, not only software.

  • A product builder
  • An AI-native creator
  • A startup founder
  • A product manager
  • A software engineer obsessed with users
  • A student of why people adopt—or abandon—good habits

The work

Build from zero. Learn in the open.

Talk to customers

Listen deeply to leaders and employees, then turn ambiguity into a clear product direction.

Run experiments

Test the smallest useful version of an idea and let evidence sharpen the thesis.

Design simply

Make a complex human problem feel calm, coherent, and useful in the flow of real work.

Use AI with judgment

Apply AI to deepen understanding—not replace thought, flatten nuance, or manufacture engagement.

The challenge

Can you help millions of professionals build a lifelong reading habit?

If that question excites you more than it scares you, we would love to talk.

You probably will not enjoy this if you prefer a large organization, a narrowly defined job, immediate certainty, or a short-term startup experience. This is a hard problem that may take years to solve well.

How to apply

No résumé required.

Send us thoughtful answers to four questions. Brevity is welcome; specificity matters more than polish.

  1. 01

What product do you admire the most, and why?

  2. 02

Why do you think professionals stop reading?

  3. 03

What is one behavior you’ve successfully changed in yourself or others?

  4. 04

If KTRIUM didn’t exist, how would you build it?

This is not a traditional hiring process.

We want to spend the next few months exploring the problem together—meeting customers, challenging ideas, and shaping the product.

If we discover that we are building something extraordinary together, we expect the relationship to evolve into a founding role.
